BRICK

Side Tables

The ingenious BRICK side table pays tribute to the architecture and versatility of bricks and blocks, inhabiting the overlap between art and design. Gregoire de Lafforest rendered three distinct and multifunctional shapes from three superlative varietals of marble: Travertine, Black and Silver, and Rosso Erika. The clever diagonal shelves allow for a variety of uses and storage possibilities, making this a sculptural and functional addition to any refined interior space.

Design Story

Grégoire de Lafforest

Grégoire de Lafforest

Both interior designer and designer (he graduated from ESAG Penninghen school), Grégoire de Lafforest first collaborated with french firms such as Bruno Moinard, Noé Duchaufour Lawrence or Gilles & Boissier. By the time, he had the opportunity to work on big projects such as Hermès head office, Cartier shops or the Baccarat hotel in NYC. In parallel to this, he slowly developed his own projects, might it be as an interior designer or a designer. He currently works for Hermès on the furniture collection.

For Collection Particulière, he designed the Balka console, Brick sides tables, Comma mouse pad and Shelter tray.

AVENUE ROAD carries a curated assortment of Grégoire de Lafforest pieces.
