Founded in 1997, The Rug Company has endeavoured to create the most desirable rugs in the world. Combining the ancient craft of rug making with the creative brilliance of some of today’s most talented designers. The VALLEY design plays with size and scale to transform a traditional elegant motif of monochrome flowers into a contemporary graphic design. Handknotted entirely in Tibetan wool, the delicacy of the white flowers are carefully contrasted against a black background, giving these flowers a contemporary edge whilst also creating a surreal effect.

Part of the capsule collection entitled “Nostalgia”, comprised of seven delightfully vibrant rugs evoking the signature prints of Mary Katrantzou’s past fashion collections, ultimately inspired by her childhood.
