With his penchant for playful simplicity, elegant colors, and eye-catching geometric elements, Stockholm-based artist Bo Lundberg’s work exudes an air of retro coolness. At the same time, Lundberg, who works for international clients such as Wallpaper, Vogue, Rolls-Royce, and Scandinavian Airlines, is convinced that a picture only works if it tells the viewer something concrete despite its abstraction. Thus, his design “Archpelago” in partnership with M2R, is an interpretation of Stockholm’s archipelago gardens. “Gems” is a collection of various gemstones, and “Flow” shows dripping paint that has solidified.
