Jayme Fonseca Rodrigues
Jayme Campello Fonseca Rodrigues, a classmate of Oswaldo Bratke and contemporary of Eduardo Kneese de Mello, had a brief but impactful career. He worked on urbanization and social housing projects for IAPC and IAPETC, including their headquarters in São Paulo. Rodrigues developed landscaping, apartment buildings, houses, hospitals, and interior architecture projects, and likely maintained São Paulo's largest architectural design office with Rino Levi. Notably, his Sobre as Ondas building in Guarujá reflected transatlantic ship aesthetics, streamline, and art deco. He engaged with prominent designers and anticipated trends in interior architecture and furniture design aligned with 1930s/40s American and European refinements.
