Merckx & Maes
Marc Merckx and Pieter Maes first crossed paths at Vincent Van Duysen Architects, where a shared design sensibility quickly emerged. Working independently, Maes established his furniture design practice, while Merckx developed an international portfolio in interior architecture, spanning residential and commercial projects.
