Amanu Outdoor Collection Launch at Avenue Road New York

Our New York Loft had the honor of hosting the celebratory launch of Yabu Pushelberg's new outdoor furniture collection for Tribù.

A family-run business, Tom De Cock was present to represent the Tribú clan, as well as George Yabu and Glenn Pushelberg of global design firm Yabu Pushelberg.

Tribú has championed the idea of terrace and garden as extensions of the home, of living the good life outside, for decades. With an emphasis on design and discreet luxury, Tribú offers a wide selection of refined styles, impeccable quality, and weather-resistant durability; the Begian family-run design house has become synonymous with the art of leisure.

Yabu Pushelberg designed Amanu with transitional timelessness in mind with an emphasis on comfort and sustainability, exploring the organic beauty and durability of teak characterized by generous proportions. The table and chairs retain a modern look and feel but in classic Tribú fashion, blends effortlessly in a more classic interior as well. The chairs feature woven, hemp-based Canex sling seats, suspended within the pared-back teak frame, complimenting their dining table counterpart topped with reclaimed ceramic tiles.

Longevity and a respect for nature are pillars for Tribu. They place great importance on ethical business practices, ensuring working conditions for weavers in Indonesia are up to international standards, and are on an ongoing mission to make their packaging eco-friendly. Unmatched comfort and discreet luxury paired with material innovation and durability that are keystones of all Tribu products, making them the ultimate investment in outdoor living.
