For two days only, our annual Warehouse EDIT opens to the public with European-made furniture at exceptional prices. Most pieces are new and in excellent condition, with fresh inventory added daily.

All items are final sale, as is.

No exchanges, returns or holds.

Orders must be paid in full.

Pick-up and White Glove Delivery charges will be calculated upon checkout based on final purchase and delivery address.

Deliveries outside of the GTA may require a day to calculate additional freight charges.

WAREHOUSE PICK-UP All orders not taken on the day-of-purchase can be picked up from our warehouse (51 Esandar Dr.)  at no additional charge until November 7^th 2025.

DELIVERY Delivery will be arranged the week of October 27^th at a rate of $200/ hour with a 2-hour minimum charge. Unfortunately, we can not store EDIT orders beyond November 7^th 2025.
